What was the highlight of KOS Pilar Hotel
Awesome Staff, super noisy hotel.
Staff is the only thing I loved, specially Rodrigo who helped us all the time. The rooms are ok, spacious, super clean. Beds ok, pillows not good. Location is OK if you have to go to pilar City, it´s 50km from buenos aires city.
Noise...it´s super noisy. When it was Casa Sur, it was a quiet place, now the new owner put a Disco in the rooftop making events late at night, forget about sleeping. If you want to rest, not the proper place.

The facilities and staff were incredible
The shower head was broken and a lot of water went running down the bathroom, had to put some towels down. There were hairs on the shower walls. Also the ac broke down on the only night I stayed there.

The hotel doesn’t worth the price at all, I stayed 2 days before in another hotel in the same range and without a doubt Kos is awful. The service is very slow and the staff is not qualified to provide good service, they consulted everything. I have been living in another country for 2 years with my residence and all IDs, in the previous hotel they kindly deducted the taxes, in Kos they did not do so for a meaningless excuse. Security is very bad, they let anyone enter the facilities because there is a public pub upstairs. And at breakfast we found a cockroach in the well-known Trufa restaurant. A complete disappointment! And the complimentary drinks, a lie, only water, only in the places they indicate, at the time they indicate. I will never come back!

What was the highlight of KOS Pilar Hotel
Excellent place to stay, great value for money.
The staff was very friendly and open to help in every way. Facilities are as depicted in pictures. Good and convinient location if you plan to stay outside of the city, yet with dinning options around. They offered personal soap and shampoo, something that is starting to be rare, even though in high end hotels, because of "conservation" efforts. Overall is a great value for money option.
Nothing in particular. Maybe, in order to raise the bar, they could do some calibrations on air conditioner's control. I usually sets at 25 C, and it is ok to have a good night of sleep, in this case it turned to be to cold at that temperature, but past midnight, I had to re-adjust them to 26, not being the accurate desired temperature, but colder that it was already set.
